1st day ITALY - TRIPOLI

Arrival at the airport and assistance with customs procedures. Then transfer to the hotel, dinner and overnight stay.

2nd day TRIPOLI - GHADAMES

Early morning departure for the oasis at the gates of the Sahara. Stop along the route for lunch at a local restaurant. Arrival in Ghadames and hotel accommodation. Dinner and overnight stay.

3rd - 4th day GHADAMES

Days entirely dedicated to Ghadames, where Arabs, Tuaregs and Berbers live in harmony. The visit to the ancient city is a journey through time, which seems to have stopped here: human genius was able to build a city in the desert that seems underground. Dark tunnels, covered squares, covered streets protected the inhabitants from the fiery heat of the Sahara. On the upper floor the terraces formed the city of women...The houses are extraordinarily decorated inside as well as bare and simple on the outside.

A tea in the desert on the sand dunes, and a lunch in a traditional house, will complete the two days. Full board and overnight stay in hotel.

5th day GHADAMES - TRIPOLI

Early morning departure for Tripoli. Stop along the route for lunch in a restaurant. Continuation to Tripoli. Upon arrival, hotel accommodation. Dinner and overnight stay.

6th day TRIPOLI – SABRATHA – GHANIMA

In the morning short transfer to Sabratha. Lunch and visit to the Punic-Roman city and its museums. Then transfer to Ghanima. Upon arrival, hotel accommodation, dinner and overnight stay.

7th day GHANIMA - LEPTIS MAGNA - VILLA SILIN - GHANIMA

Departure in the morning for the Punic - Roman city of Leptis Magna. Visit to the extensive ruins of the city that was the birthplace of the emperor Septimius Severus. Lunch in restaurant. In the afternoon continuation of the visit to the museum and the amphitheatre. Then transfer to Silin, to visit the stupendous Roman villa, found intact, complete with its floor mosaics and in an extraordinary state of conservation. At the end, continuation to Ghanima and hotel accommodation. Dinner and overnight stay.

8th day GHANIMA - TRIPOLI - ITALY

After breakfast, transfer to the airport and departure for Italy.
